The 1 hour class was added recently in response to parents who are uncertain if their child have the concentration level to be in our standard 1 1/2 hr class. For some, this maybe a good way to introduce your child to art. Both classes will cover the same materials, but the 1 1/2 hour class allows time for art history lessons and in depth exploration of the art making process.

Description: The budding young artists will be introduced to the tools of art making. The class combines both drawing and painting activities.  A variety of media and techniques are used to explore color, composition, lines, shapes and texture.

For intermediate to advance painters who want to develop their personal style, aspects of formalism, such as color and composition will be explored through a series of exercises.
